Dr. Kathy Ottolini was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and is Board Certified as a Chiropractic Physician in the state of Missouri. Dr. Kathy Ottolini received the Chiropractic Science award for Outstanding Achievement in Diversified Technique. Dr. Kathy Ottolini performed her Senior Residency in St. Charles, MO and was selected to treat athletes at Mizzou, JeffCo, Lindenwood, in addition to the local Pre-professional Football team in St. Louis, and area high school and collegiate athletes. She also treated patients in the Barnes Jewish Hospital Pregnancy Clinic. Dr. Ottolini has participated in numerous seminars with other Doctors, including M.D., D.C., Ph.D, D.P.T, and Physiatry to integrate evidenced-based care for the whole body.
In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Kathy Ottolini is a professor at Missouri Baptist Universtiy in the Health and Sport Sciences Division. Dr. Kathy Ottolini teaches Biomechanics for both Undergraduate and Graduate levels, and Principles of Human Performance. This will be Dr. Kathy Ottolini's fourth year in Education, and she has been awarded the, "St. Louis Area's Schools' Teacher of the Year" Award.
Dr. Kathy Ottolini specializes in Active Release Technique (ART)/Soft Tissue Therapy, Gait Analysis, Neuromuscular Re-education, Chiropractic Adjustments, Pregnancy and Pediatric Care, and theTreatment and Rehabilitation of Athletes.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Dr. Kathy Ottolini became fascinated with Nutrition, Anatomy, and Physiology at a young age. She learned how Chiropractic improved her performance and overall joint motion. Later, she became sponsored by Snickers Marathon Energy Bars, winning her division in Road Races and Triathlons. Dr. Kathy Ottolini enjoys living well and is committed to helping her patients, and her community, thrive under natural health care.
